ORDER ISSUE

How can I modify my order after it has been placed?

For a paid but not yet shipped order:
You can contact customer service to modify the shipping information. If the relevant information is not provided in time, the order will be shipped without the changes.

For a shipped order:
Unfortunately, it is too late to make changes, as the order has already left our warehouse. If you are not satisfied with the item, you can request a return after receiving the order.

I would like to cancel my order.

If you want to cancel your order/item that has not yet been shipped:
Log in to your account, go to 'My Orders,' and cancel the order you no longer want by clicking the 'Cancel' button.

If you want to cancel your order/item that has already been shipped:
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel it at this stage. If you no longer want the order, you can request a return after receiving the package and then receive a refund.

My package has been returned to the sender. What should I do?

This is usually caused by an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, or because the courier could not access the delivery location. We will reship your order once we have received it back from our teams.
